F.A.Q.

1.When are you getting your vaccine supply?

We anticipate receiving the first shipment of Flu Nasal Spray by the third week of August.  We have not yet received expected shipment information for the flu shot yet but estimate that the first shipments will be received by mid-September.

2..Do we need to get a separate shot for H1N1 (swine flu) like we did in 2009?
No, the H1N1 component is included in the regular seasonal flu shot this year so a separate vaccination is not necessary.
3.Are the vaccines covered by insurance?
Typically the vaccine is covered for both the children and their parents by most insurance companies.  It is your responsibility to obtain coverage information from your insurance company.  This is especially important if you have an HMO.  In many instances HMO patients must obtain vaccines from the provider specifically listed on their insurance card.
4.How do I schedule an appointment?
